Important Deadline: ALL APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION MATERIALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE SIX WEEKS PRIOR TO REGISTRATION DAY.

Thank you for your interest in Lone Star Baptist College! Please read the following instructions carefully before beginning your application.

Application Fee (non-refundable)$35.00

Dormitory Reservation (optional, if requesting housing)$100.00

Payment can be made online via credit/debit card or by mailing a check to the Admissions Office.

After your application is accepted, you will need to provide:

Pastor Reference - Your pastor will receive an email to complete a reference form
Three Personal References - Non-family members who can speak to your character
Medical History Form - Health information and immunization records
Emergency Medical Permit - Authorization for emergency treatment
Official Transcripts - High school and any college transcripts
Passport-style Photo - Recent photo for student ID

I understand that I must be a born-again Christian and a member of an Independent Baptist Church to attend Lone Star Baptist College.

I understand that all information provided must be accurate and truthful. False information may result in denial of admission or dismissal.

I understand that the application fee is non-refundable and must be paid to complete my application.
